CALL FOR PAPERS

DEADLINE: January 31st, 2026

To get the best talks, we have a "Call for Papers" process, here are some details about it:

Who can submit a talk?

You have to be currently employed at a company that is defined as a Game Developer or Publisher.

That means that the company main and only business is publishing and/or developing games of its own IP (i.e. not a software house developing for others), and that at least one of its games is published in one of the app stores.

Examples of eligible companies: Beach Bum, Candivore, CrazyLabs, Huuuge Games, Ilyon, Moon Active, Moonee, OVIVO Games, Papaya, Pazu, Plarium, Playstudios, Playtika, Playperfect, SciPlay, Scopely, Simply, Whalo

Even if your company is not in this list, but it is a game publisher/developer of any size, you can submit a talk.

What if my company is not a game publisher/developer?

We have some reserved talk spots for sponsors, which can be any kind of company including service providers, tools, platforms etc. If you're interested in exploring that option, contact us.

What topics are you looking for?

Any lecture about using Generative AI for any aspect of work of a game developer/publisher is relevant:

  • Gen AI in game design, art, and storytelling

  • Case studies showcasing AI uses in games

  • Gen AI in games marketing (campaigns, analytics)

  • Gen AI for games development & infrastructure

  • Legal, Ethical & HR implications of Gen AI

  • Realtime Gen AI uses in games

What happens after I submit my talk?

All talks are evaluated by a panel of judges, and you will be notified 2 weeks after the deadline.
